How to take the courses

Register on website
- Select language in the top of the page in which you would like to see system and courses
- Click on register and provide accurate personal information
- Course participant name and birthday will appear on diploma and certificate

Choose a course
- Choose and enroll to required course from the catalog
- Do not start a course which you do no need. Otherwise you will receive an invoice for it and have to pay if progress was made

Invoicing
- Once the course is selected, we issue the invoice on the same day. Payment for the invoice must be done no later than final payment date indicated on invoice.
- We can not issue a certificate while some documents are missing or invoices are unpaid.

Start learning
- You will go through course learning material
- You will take quizes during the course

Take an exam
- At the end of the course you will take an exam
- You have 3 chances to pass the exam
- If you fail the exam – exam reactivation costs full price of a course

Send us documents
- To get your certificate you must provide us a practical training confirmation signed by a competent person (who is qualified for the course he’s signing for)
- You must provide a good quality photo for the certificate – any photo where part of the face is covered will not be accepted
Flexible courses
- Our online courses are in accordance with the requirements of Norwegian laws and regulations.
- The courses are both practical and flexible; you can take the courses on your own terms, anywhere, anytime. When you have completed the course (and documented required practice) you will receive a certificate.
- You can divide the course as you wish: when you log out of the course, you can continue where you left off at the next login.
- The courses consist of theory according to Norwegian rules, presentations, videos, small quizzes, and a final exam.
- The courses are general and independent of the brand.
Courses and the exams
- To start the exam you must go through the entire course. You can not jump forward in the course, but you can always go back and look at the parts you have already taken.
- It is important that you understand the information presented in the course. You have only 3 attempts to pass the exam. If you fail 3 times, you have to pay for a new course to reactivate course.
- You must answer correctly to at least 75% of the questions to pass the exam.
- Several of the courses require that you document practical training before you get the certificate.
- The practice document must be signed by a qualified person (means: a person who has passed a course that is equivalent to the course you are taking).
