Purpose of the course
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with a thorough understanding of safety protocols are required for handling hazardous chemicals, as well as how to establish a safe working environment and protect themselves and others. Throughout the different parts of the course, participants will learn about important regulations, potential risks of working with chemicals, hazard communication measures (including hazard pictograms, safety data sheets (SDS), chemical registers and more), risk management, symptoms of exposure and other topics.
This course provides General Safety Training.

This course is designed for anyone who works with or around chemicals, including industrial workers, laboratory technicians, maintenance staff, and safety officers.
